Background and Experience

In June of 2010, I will be a graduate of Northwestern University Bienen School of Music in Percussion Performance. I spent my first two years studying with soloist and pedagogue Michael Burritt, who now teaches at the Eastman School of Music. Since then, I have been studying with She-e Wu, marimba soloist, and Jim Ross, section percussionist in the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
From 2006- 2008, I taught at Regina Dominican High School, leading sectionals and individual lessons.
